摘  要:介绍了一种带隙基准电压源二阶曲率补偿技术及其在传统双极工艺中的实现。与传统带隙基准电压源相比,这种结构只需增加几个电阻,便可极大地改善温度特性。Hspice仿真结果表明,在-55~125℃范围内,温度系数可以减小到7ppm/℃这种结构可通过其他IC工艺实现,具有极高的实用价值。A band-gap voltage reference source with temperature compensation was presented, along with its implementation in conventional bipolar technology. Compared with traditional band-gap voltage reference, the temperature characteristics of the new structure could be greatly improved by simply adding a few resistors. Hspice simulation showed that the temperature coefficient of the band-gap reference voltage was reduced to 7 ppm/℃ in the temperature range from -55 ℃ to 125℃. This structure could also be implemented with other IC processes.
