防区时代成都汽车客运业考略

摘　　要：以防区为主开办汽车运输，是四川独具的特点。此时期的汽车客运业虽未有很大的发展，但毕竟从无到有，开创了汽车运输的新局面。且其运输管理模式和法律规范既可为今天所借鉴，也对今天的立法产生警示作用。It was the unique characteristic of Sichuan launching car passenger rely mainly on defense areas .In this period, although it haven＇t great development,after all, from nonexistence to existence, initiated the new phase of car transportation. At the same time, we can draw lessons from the management model and the legal norm today, it is also produce caution for our modern legislative.
