关注历史风貌街区的开发与保护——天津老城厢地区拆迁改造调查研究

摘　　要：老城厢地区曾经是天津历史风貌保护区之一,也是津味传统文化集中体现的区域。其更新改造自2003年开始启动,至今整体建设已初具规模。为了了解社会各界对该改造项目的评价,笔者针对在老城厢地区有购房意向的市民、政府相关职能部门人士、从事规划设计工作的技术人员以及本项目的主要开发商这四类不同的对象展开调研,发现受访的各类人群普遍对该改造项目非常关注,但出于不同的立场,对项目的评价却不尽相同,对新建建筑的风格取向和现行拆迁政策的认同度也存在差异。希望本文的调研结果,能够引发社会多方对老城厢更新改造工程的思索,并对该地区未来发展策略改进和其他地区旧城更新改造策略制定有所参考和启示。Old City Area used to be one of heritage areas in Tianjin, and it displays traditional culture features concentrated. Its renovation started in 2003, and now, the project has begun to take shape. In order to understand the community＇s evaluation of the project, the author conducted an investigation target on different groups, including people want to purchase the house in this area, government officials, professional and technical personnel and the major developers. It could be found in the survey result that the project won high level of concern. While for a different position, the evaluation were somewhat different, and the choice of new architectural style and the identification of migration policy is also differ. Hoping the survey result could arouse thoughts about the renovation project, and also could make reference and enlightenment to the future development strategy.
