摘  要:采用放电等离子烧结法(SPS)制备了不同体积分数的MoSi2及其复合材料,研究了复合材料的显微组织和力学性能。结果表明:10%ZrO2/20%Si3N4/MoSi2复合材料的致密度、显微硬度、抗压强度、断裂韧性分别为92.3%、15.17 GPa2、105 MPa、6.61 MPa.m1/2。与20%ZrO2/MoSi2复合材料相比,断裂韧性下降2.9%,显微硬度和抗压强度分别提高了22.8%,13.4%;与20%Si3N4/MoSi2复合材料相比,断裂韧性提高了5.3%,显微硬度和抗压强度相近;经500℃氧化300 h,氧化增重与ZrO2和Si3N4单独增强的相近,均是纯MoSi2的1/10左右,抗氧化效果显著。MoSi2 based composites with different volume percentage of MoSiz were fabricated by spark plasma sintering(SPS). The microstructure and mechanical properties of the composites were investigated. The results show that the density, microhardness, compressive strength,fracture toughness of 10%ZrO2/20%/Si3N4/MoSi2 composite was 92.3%.15. 17 GPa.210 5MPa.6.61 MPa · m^1/2, respectively. Compared with 20 % ZrO2 / MoSi2 composite, fracture toughness was 2.9 % lower, while,microhardness and compressive strength were 22.8% and 13.4% higher,respectively;Compared with 20 % Si3 N4 / MoSi2 composite, fracture toughness was 5.3 % higher, while, microhardness and compressive strength were the same. Oxidation at 500℃ for 300h, the incremental weight of ZrO2/Si3N,/MoSi2 composite was the same as ZrO2/MoSi2 and Si3N4/MoSi2 ,was almost 1/10 of MoSi2, so the oxidation resistance is notable.
