铁环压脱机液压系统及其控制的研究

摘　　要：铁环压脱机是电解铝组装车间一种必需的设备,由于铁环硬度非常大,对液压系统要求较高,文章中给出了铁环压脱机中的液压系统的设计。同时介绍了电机启动的控制电路及系统电气控制。The thimble stripper machine is a commonly used equipment in electrolysis aluminum anode assembling workshop. Due to the very hardness of the iron thimble, it has a more strict requirement for the hydraulic system. In this article we introduced a design of the hydraulic system, and its motor starting and control circuits for the larger powered motor, also associated with the system＇s electrical control.
