摘  要:通过催化柴油氧化与萃取脱硫实验和液液相平衡数学模拟,考察了不同溶剂的脱硫性能。研究表明,1-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮的脱硫能力最强,随着溶剂水含量的提高,其脱硫能力下降的幅度最大;二甲基亚砜的脱硫能力最差,溶剂水含量的影响最小;N,N-二甲基甲酰胺介于中间。二甲基亚砜的柴油收率最高,溶剂水含量对柴油收率的影响最小;N,N-二甲基甲酰胺的柴油收率最低,溶剂水含量的影响最大;1-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮溶剂介于中间。模型预测指出,随着溶剂水含量降低和剂油体积比增大,柴油脱硫率逐渐提高,柴油收率逐渐降低;溶剂水含量超过15% ((?))时,柴油脱硫率和收率均较高;二甲亚砜的脱硫选择性最高,并且随着水量增多而连续提高。The mathematical simulation of solvent performance in FCC diesel desulfurization through oxi- dation and extraction was investigated in this paper. Based on the experimental data of diesel desulfuriza- tion,the desulfurization performance of solvents with different content of water is examined through mathe- matical simulation of sulfide liquid-liquid phase bal- ance.The results showed that the performance of 1- methyl-2-pyrrolidone(NMP)solvent is good and changes farthest with water content increase.The per- formance of dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO)solvent is worst and changes smallest with water content in- crease.And the performance of N-dimethyl for- mamide(DMF)solvent or its change extent with water content is all middle.The diesel recovery of DMSO is highest,its diesel recovery changes with water content increase.The yield of diesel of DMF is lowest,its diesel recovery changes largely with water content in- crease.The diesel recovery of NMP lies in the middle of DMSO and DMF.The resuhs of the desulfurization model prediction indicated that with water content de- crease of solvent or the volume ratio increase of solvent to diesel,the desulfurization percent rises,yield drops.If the water content of solvent increase than 15%(V),the desulfurization percent and yield of diesel of DMSO are larger.By the comparison of three kinds of solvents,the desulfurization selectivity of dim- ethvl sulfoxide is highest,the selectivity increases with water content.
