阿维菌素和氟铃脲二元混剂的分析方法研究

摘　　要：采用反相高效液相色谱外标法对阿维菌素、氟铃脲分别进行定量,此方法的标准偏差阿维菌素为0.0063,氟铃脲为0.0075,变异系数阿维菌素为1.13%,氟铃脲为0.29%。回收率阿维菌素为98.21%～101.82%,氟铃脲为99.61%～100.40%。This paper introcued a method for separation and determination of abamectin and hexaflumuron in their mixture by HPLC. The result showed,for abamectin and hexaflumuron,the satandard deviation were 0.0063 and 0.0075,the variation coefficient were 1.13% and 0. 29 %, the average recoveries were 98.21% ~ 101.82 % and 99.61% - 100.40 %.
