摘  要:通过对1.2t电渣重熔钢锭探伤缺陷样品的低倍检测、金相组织检测以及裂纹部位能谱分析,指出探伤缺陷是由于电渣重熔过程熔速过快引起合金碳化物偏析,造成的沿晶裂纹而产生。调整了重熔工艺参数,纳入工艺规程后生产的产品未再发生此种缺陷。The samples taken from the electroslag remelting H13 steel with ultrasonic inspection defects were analyzed by means of macro defect test and metallographic examination and spectrum analysis of crack. It was pointed that ultrasonic inspection defects comes from the cracks along the grain boundary which were resulted from the segregation of alloyed carbide because of the faster remelting speed. By adjusting the parameters of electroslag remelting and solidified them into process regulation, the defects were restricted.
