摘　　要：为了解决固态发酵反应器的测控问题,利用LabVIEW软件编程,以传感器、信号调理模块、数据采集卡及计算机为硬件平台,构建了基于虚拟仪器的固态发酵反应器测控系统,由计算机控制软件自动完成数据采集、信号处理及过程控制。解决方案由测控对象、硬件架构和软件设计3部分组成。实验结果表明,压力脉冲填充床固态发酵反应器的测量和控制系统为固态发酵的研究和过程控制提供了良好的解决方案。Research on solid-state fermentation （SSF） is of great importance to the utilization of natural cellulose. However, over-heating problem in transitional bioreactor has become the bottleneck of SSF technology and prevents solid-state fermentation from large-scale applications. The development of novel SSF bioreactor with air pressure pulsation has been dealt with. Measurement and control software was developed under virtual instrument concept. The instruments include sensors, signal conditioning boards, data acquisition boards and a computer. Therefore, a LabVIEW program was designed to address the requirements for a full solution, so that the computer could integrate all phases of their application in a measurement and control system. Experimental results showed that the system based on virtual instrument offered good solution for the solid-state fermentation process, with friendly interface together with powerful functions.
