摘  要:在磁场中生长单晶可以获得大尺寸、高品质的单晶。我国首台带制冷机的超导磁拉单晶杜瓦已由合肥低温电子研究所研制成功。其室温孔径为φ615mm、外径φ1100mm、高430mm。试验结果为:在一个月内LHe日蒸发率为0.32升,制冷机二级冷头温度低于14K,一级冷头温度为92K,坩埚区最高中心磁场强度为0.3T。文中主要阐述其设计和实验结果及分析。It is very useful to apply a magnetic field during the crystal growth from the melt to obtain large and high - guality single crystals. The superconducting magnet dewar with Model GM205 refrigerator for crystal growth has been developed sucessfully in our research institute.Results of the experiment 1. LHe vapour rate is 0. 32L/day in one month.2. Temperature of the second coldhead is lower then 14K.3. Temperature of the firsr coldhead is 92K. Dimension of the dewar 1. Room temperature bore is φ615mm.2. Height is 430mm.3. Outside diameter is φ 1100mm.4. Magnetic field is up to 0. 3T at the crucible center.The design and experimental study of the dewar is mainly descrlbed in this paper
