摘  要:表面法线与(001)面有一定倾角的单晶SrTiO3基片上,用磁控溅射的方法生长TlBaCaCuO超导薄膜,转变温度约为100K。利用扫描电镜来对不同角度下生长的TlBaCaCuO薄膜的表面形貌进行观察分析,并通过X光谱对其晶格结构进行研究,我们发现它们的表面形貌在不同角度时其平滑程度不同,在倾角较小时,其结构同在无倾角基片上生长的薄膜结构基本一样,都是沿SrTiO3基片C轴外延生长成单晶织构,其(001)方向与SrTiO3基片的(001)方向一致。而当倾用较大时,薄膜已无法沿SrTiO3基片C轴外延生长成单晶织构。结构上的不同,使得它们在脉冲激光照射其上时产生的激光感生电压信号的峰值和形状都有很大的不同,并且信号的形状和大小与我们正在研究的YBCO薄膜激光感生电压信号也有很大的不同。 The epitaxial TlBaCaCuo films with several different titled angles were prepared by magnetic sputtering. The films are superconductors with transition temperature about 100K.Through analysis of SEM and Xuray diffraction, we study structure of the films: the smaller the tilted angle of the substrate, the smoother the surface of the films and the better the single texture of the films along the Cwaxis of the substrates SrTiO3. Voltage Pulses have been observed in TlBaCaCuO films with a tilted orentation (10 and 20) when they are illumlnated by pulsed laser at room temperature. The signals are related with structure of the films. The form of these signals is also d1fferent from that of the thermoelectrlcity signals on tilted orientation YBlCO films
