摘　　要：文章首先分析数字化信息知识产权保护中存在的主要问题，详细剖析了采用DOI实施数字化信息知识产权保护的原理和机制；并分别从数字化信息的采集、加工、服务以及数据库等环节上实施知识产权保护的DOI策略。DOI的成功实施为数字化信息资源知识产权保护提供了一种基于内容的保护机制和策略，是网络环境下信息资源知识产权保护的有效手段。This paper focuses on the main problems about digital information intellectual property protection, analyzes its principles and mechanisms for the use of DOI in detail, and successfully implements DOI strategy of intellectual property from digital information collection, processing, services, and database. The successful implementation of DOI provides digital information resources intellectual property protection with a content--based protection mechanism and strategy, in the network environment it is an effective protection means of intellectual property of information resources.
