摘 要:简述了超导检测器接收装置的优异性能及其广阔的应用前景。着重叙述了高温超导检测器的噪声等效功率(NEP)灵敏度理论计算、检测器用超导结的技术设计(给指标确定)、高Tc台阶结的制备与结特性测试。文章最后给出台阶结超导检测器经专家现场测试的最终研究性能:在8毫米波段,T≥77K时,NEP=7.6×10-12(W/■)In the paper, the recent excellent performance and the application in extensive fields of superconductive detector receiver set is briefly described. Then, this paper gives the theory calculation of sensitivity of detector which is determined by the noise equivalent power (NEP ) 、technical design of detector with high temperature superconductive junction and fabrication and measurement of junction characterization of HTSC step - edge junction. Finally, the paper gives experimental results of detector with YBCO step-edge Junction by specialists were measured on detector set directly= NEP = 7. 6× 10-12(W/■)
