替莫唑胺治疗颅内恶性胶质瘤12例临床分析

摘　　要：目的观察口服替莫唑胺（temozolomid,TMZ）治疗颅内恶性胶质瘤的疗效及生存质量。方法选择12例年龄为36-74岁、经病理组织学诊断为间变性星形细胞瘤或胶质母细胞瘤未施行手术及术后复发者,给予替莫唑胺100-150 mg·m^-2.d,连服5 d,28 d为一个治疗周期,连续治疗2-3个周期。结果12例患者中3例颅内高压症状缓解,头痛、呕吐消失,1例侧肢肌力减退者肌力明显恢复,生存质量显著提高或保持稳定。结论替莫唑胺能有效地透过血脑屏障,且安全性和耐受性较好,个体差异性小,可作为治疗颅内恶性胶质瘤的一线化疗药物。　OBJECTIVE To investigate the curative effect of oral TMZ＇s on malignant gliomas and its life quality.METHODS Select 12 patients,aged about 36 to 74 years old,which pathological identified glioma including astrocytomas or glioblastomas,that have not been operated and recidivisted after the operations,Take TMZ（100 ～ 150 mg·m-2·d） for 5 days for 2 to 3 cycles that per curative cycle has 28 days. RESULTS In these 12 patients： 3 cases symptom of high pressure in the brain have aneviated,and the symptom of headache and vomit disappeared.one with inotropic effect on of one side failedy has been renewed with its inotropic effect,the quality of life has been obviously improved,or at least can keep the level.CONCLUSION The oral TMZ can go through blood-brain barrier effectively,and it has good safety and good tolerance.The individual difference is small.It can be in the first level of treatment of malignant gliomas.
