摘　　要：内皮素是一族由血管内皮细胞和平滑肌细胞产生的多肽。内皮素作为一个强烈的缩血管和促丝裂因子,参与多种疾病的发生。本文就内皮素及其受体与心房颤动关系的研究进展作一综述。Endothelin is a kind of polypeptide generated by vascular endothelial cells and smooth muscle cells. As a strong promoter for vascular contraction and mitogen, endothelin is involved in many diseases＇ pathology. We aim to review the advances in research of endothelin and endothelin receptor in atrial fibrillation.
