摘　　要：当前,由于人类无节制地追求高物质消费的生活方式,地球生态圈已被破坏得千疮百孔:森林加速消失、土地荒漠化和水土流失日趋严重、地球持续变暖、自然灾害频发,最终导致人类乃至地球万物的生存空间和生存条件日趋恶化,严重地威胁着地球生态圈的可持续发展。惨痛的现实已让人类认识到以消耗和占有资源、破坏和污染生态环境为基础的提高人类生活水平的物质化发展道路已经完成了它的历史使命,继续走下去将是一条不可持续发展的不归路。同时,也认识到为了实现社会经济可持续发展,人类必须调整、约束自己的行为,实现与万物和大自然和谐相处;实现与邻居(包括本国和邻国)和谐相处;为子孙后代留下绿水青山,留下属于他们的、并足以让他们赖以生存并不断发展的物质资源。为此,从现在起,我们就必须改变当前社会经济发展唯物质为基础的发展模式,而遵从以满足人类的基本物质需求为基础、大力发展和提高社会保障、精神、文化享受为导向的非物质化的社会经济发展模式。人类发展的现实已经从反面证明,今后的社会经济发展也必将证明:社会经济发展的非物质化之路是实现人类社会可持续发展的必由之路。Since mankind seeks the life form of high material consumption indefinitely, the global ecology has been afflicted with all ills： Forestry vanishes more quickly, land desertification, soil and water loss are becoming more serious, the climate is turning warmer, more natural disasters occur; as the result, the space and conditions of existence of mankind and other creatures on the earth are worsening, which seriously threatens the sustainable development of the global ecology. The bitter reality has made people realize that the material way, which bases on consumption and occupation of resources, damage and pollution of ecologic environment to enhance people＇ s living standard, has come to end and its continuation will lead to a corner, and in order to realize sustainable economic and social development, mankind must adjust and restrain his act to realize harmony with all other lives and nature, and with neighbours （ including one＇ s own country and adjacent countries）, and leave green mountains and blue rivers for subsequent generations and material resources for their existence and development. So from now on, we must change current mode of social and economic development based only on materials but follow the nonmaterialization mode of social and economic development that aims to meet the basic material demand of mankind and advocates greater social guarantee as well as spiritual and cultural enjoyments. It has been proved by the development of mankind in a negative aspect and will be proved by later social and economic development： Nonmaterialization way of social and economic development is the only way for the sustainable development of human society.
