摘　　要：在充分了解油田实际使用工况的基础上,天津钢管集团股份有限公司成功开发出一种高强度的稠油热采井专用套管——TP110H。介绍了该钢级的套管开发背景、性能指标、基本生产工艺、实际性能检验结果及油田使用情况。实际使用表明,TP110H钢级套管能完全满足井深在1 500 m左右、注汽温度375℃、注汽压力21 MPa的稠油热采井使用工况要求。Based on adequate investigation of related specific work conditions of the oil field, the company has successfully developed a hi-strength special casing for service in thickened oil hot well, namely TPllOH casing. Described here in the article are the main aspects concerning the said casing, covering the development background, property targets, basic manufacturing processes, property test results and the feedback from the oil field end-users. Relevant operation practice leads to such a conclusion that the developed TP110H casing has been fully in compliance with the requirements for the work conditions of thickened oil hot well, i.e., well depth： approximate 1 500 m; steam temperature： 375 ℃ and steam pressure： 21 MPa.
