双管全自动水压试验机组的开发

摘　　要：由于进口的水压试验机组不仅不能满足国内市场的需求而且价格高,因此国内急需研制生产工艺先进、自动化程度高、节奏快的水压试验机组。中国重型机械研究院为此开发出Φ48～178 mm双管全自动水压试验机组。重点介绍了该机组的工艺参数、设备性能和组成及其功能、生产工艺流程及其特点等。Hydrostatic testing systems featuring technological advancement, high automation level and fast operation cycle are badly needed to be developed due to the fact that the imported similar systems not only fail to meet the domestic market demand, but also are too expensive. Therefore China Heavy Machinery Research Academe has developed cb48-178 mm dual-pipe fully-automatic hydrostatic testing system. Elaborated in the paper are the main aspects of the system, including technological parameters, equipment characteristics/composition and functions, and process flows and characteristics, etc.
