摘  要:对管线钢屈服强度的检验,国际上普遍采用测量规定总伸长延伸强度Rt0.5的方法。分析了管线钢在Rt0.5测量中所产生的误差原因。提出了减小该测量误差的方法,即按标准要求控制试样加工精度;选择合适的加载速度;采用反复校平和"预加载荷"等,克服试样不平度的影响;试样和引伸计正确装卡。结果表明,采取这些方法可以准确地测量Rt0.5。The internationally prevailing method for testing yield strength of linepipe-purpose steel involves measuring the total elongation strength Rt05. The causes for the error of Rt05 measurement of the linepipe-purpose steel are analyzed, and accordingly, methods to mitigate the said error are proposed, including well controlling the machining accuracy of the test piece, selecting appropriate loading speed, removing the adverse effect by the unevenness of the test piece by means of repeatedly leveling and "pre-loading", and properly fixing the test piece and the extension device, etc. The application result shows that these methods are capable of accurately measuring the value of Rt05.
