A型性格与病毒性肝炎患者焦虑、抑郁状态的相关性研究及护理

摘　　要：目的:探讨病毒性肝炎患者焦虑、抑郁状态及其与A型性格的相关性。方法:随机抽取63例病毒性肝炎患者,采用焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表和A型性格问卷进行问卷调查。结果:病毒性肝炎患者焦虑、抑郁评分与常模比较有非常显著的差异(P<0.01);焦虑与A型性格有明显的相关性(r=0.274,P<0.05),抑郁与A型性格无相关性(r=0.115,P>0.05)。结论:病毒性肝炎患者存在着明显的焦虑、抑郁负性情绪;且焦虑与A型性格有关,因此在临床护理工作中应评估病毒性肝炎患者的行为方式及焦虑、抑郁状态,针对性地进行心理支持治疗及行为干预。通过有效的心理支持及行为干预,减轻患者的焦虑及抑郁状态,促进患者疾病的恢复。　Objective： To discuss the relationship between type A anxiety and depression of the viral hepatitis patients. Method： 63 viral hepatitis patients measured by the queseionnaires of the anxiety self-vealuation table and depression self-evaluation table and table of type A. Result： The viral hepatitis pateients are quite different from common ones on anxiety and depression（P〈0.01）.Clearly,anxiety is related with type A （r=0.247,P〈0.05）,while depression not（r=0.115,P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Hepatitis patients have significant negative emotion,such as anxiety and depression,and anxiety is related with type A.So,nurses should evaluate the behavior mode,anxiety and depression state of patients.By effective psychology support and behavior interference,the anxiety and depression of patients can be decreased,thus promoting their rehabilitation.
