摘  要:为了对大型桥梁战时的生存能力进行评估,首先建立了大型桥梁战时生存能力评估指标体系,运用层次分析法(AHP)确定指标体系中的权重;然后运用模糊多级评判算法建立了综合评价模型,分别采用了定性与定量方法确定指标体系中的隶属度;最后以某大型桥梁为例,对其生存能力进行了综合评估。利用模型评价结果,可针对性采取措施,提高战时桥梁生存能力。 To evaluate a large-scale bridge's viability on wartime,an index system for the bridge's viability on wartime was set up.The weights of the index system were worked out by using analytic hierarchy process(AHP).An integrated evaluation model was developed with the algorithm of the fuzzy multistage judgment and the membership grades were determined with the qualitative and quantitative methods.A typical example was given to demonstrate how to use the model to evaluate the bridge's viability on wartime.By utilizing the result of the evaluation,the effective measures which are benefit to the bridge's safety can be taken to improve the bridge's viability.
