摘　　要：武器装备的建设和发展是以作战思想为指导,以作战需求为动力,陆军战略转型为陆战武器装备的建设和发展带来了新的需求。轮式车辆是陆军重要的地面机动装备之一,应适应陆军战略转型对武器装备建设的要求,提高机动能力、突击能力、生存能力和信息能力。　The development of weaponry is directed by the operational thoughts and pushed ahead by the operational demands in a war.The army strategic transition leads to the new demand for the development of weaponry.The wheeled vehicle,as one of the important land mobility platforms,should meet the needs of the development of weaponry in the expectation of the army transition;and the capabilities of maneuver,assault,viability and intelligence have to be increased.
