摘　　要：目的应用第二跖趾关节移植方法修复陈旧性掌指关节缺损,以重建掌指关节功能。方法对陈旧性创伤性掌指关节缺损、关节融合指体缩短7例,先以手指延长器行指延长,二期施行第二跖趾关节移植重建掌指关节。结果手指平均延长2.6 cm,移植关节全部成活,并骨性愈合。随访1～4年,手功能恢复按中华医学会手外科学会上肢部分功能评定试用标准评价:优2例、良4例、可1例,优良率85.7%。结论应用第二跖趾关节移植方法修复伴指体短缩的陈旧性掌指关节缺损,效果良好。Objective Application of the second metatarpophalangeal joint by traction prolong transplant repair the defects in the metacarpophalangeal joint, reconstruct the function of it. Methods By means of the apparatus to prolong finger in advance, then transplant the second metatarpophalangeal joint to reconstruct metacarpophalangeal joint for seven cases of obsolete defects in the metacarpophalangeal joint. Results The average of finger prolong was 2.6 cm, consultation from 1 to 4 years, average 2.5 years, that the transplant joints have all survived and osteal concrescence. Through the criterion Chinese Medical Association, good rate was 85.7%. Conclusion It＇s a good method to repair obsolete defects in the metacarpophalangeal joint by transplant traction prolong of the second metatarpophalangeal joint.
