摘  要:目的:探讨三平面组织追踪技术(Triplane-TTI)评价冠心病患者PTCA支架置入前后局部心肌运动的临床应用价值。方法:采用三平面组织同步显像技术,同步实时获取左室心尖四腔观、心尖两腔观及五腔各三个完整心动周期动态图;应用Q Analysis功能对左室局域心肌的位移曲线进行分析、比较。结果:正常心肌位移曲线呈现规律性变化;梗塞节段位移曲线收缩期峰值明显减低(P≤0.05);支架置入后梗塞节段心肌位移曲线收缩期峰值与放置前相比明显增高,曲线恢复抛物线形。结论:TTI是一种无创性的早期预测诊断冠心病及评价冠脉内支架置入术后心肌再灌注疗效的有效方法。Objective:To evaluate changes of regional left ventricular function after percutaneous translumihal coronary angioplasty (PTCA) and stent implantation with triplane TTI(tissue tracking imaging). Methods: Three cardiac cycles activity images of real time at the same time were obtained in apical views(4 - chamber, 2 - chamber, 5 - chamber) with triplane tissue tracking imaging. To use Quantitative analysis function analyzed displacement curve of left ventricular differentials myocardial segments. Results: Displacement curve showed regularity in normal subjects. The displacement peak of all segments of infracted were significandy lower than normal subjects(P〈 0.05). The displacement peak of segments infracted increase after stent implanted, the curve recovered the shape of parabola. Conclusion: TTI may be a noninvasive method to diagnosis coronary heart disease and evaluate myocardial reflowed after stent implanted.
