摘　　要：分析了我国监理行业的现状,指出我国监理行业面临的监理市场不规范、监理行业管理不到位、监理单位人才混乱等诸多问题,分析其成因,提出相应的解决措施,以期为规范监理行业提供参考。Analyzes the actuality of swpervising in dustry in China, points out a lot of confronted problems of Chinese supervision trade such as informal supervision markets, ineffective management of supervision trade, unstable supervision talents etc. analysis the root causes of these problems, gives out their solutions, and expects to provide the references for regularizing supervision markets.
