摘 要:目的:探讨三七总甙(PNS)防治糖尿病肾病的作用及机制。方法:SD系大鼠50只,随机分为正常组、糖尿病模型组、PNS低剂量组、PNS高剂量组、卡托普利组,每组10只。采用尾静脉注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)建立1型糖尿病大鼠模型,随机分为PNS低、高剂量组分别予PNS100、200mg/(kg.d)灌胃4周后,测定空腹血糖(FBG)、24h尿微量白蛋白及用免疫组织化学方法检测大鼠肾组织中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达水平。结果:糖尿病组大鼠FBG、24h尿微量白蛋白及VEGF表达明显升高,PNS高剂量组各项指标均明显降低。结论:PNS能有效防治糖尿病肾病的作用可能与肾组织中VEGF水平降低有关。Objective: To explore the protective mechanism of Panax Notoginoside (PNS) on rats with diabetic nephropathy. Methods: Fifty SD rats were randomly divided into normal group, diabetic control group, low dose PNS group, high dose PNS group and Captopril group, with 10 rats in each group. Rats model with type 1 diabetic nephropathy were induced by injection of streptozotocin. Diabetic rats were treated with low-dose PNS 100 mg/(kg · d) or high-dose PNS 200 mg/ (kg·d) . Fasting blood glucose (FBG) and 24 hours' albuminuria were determined and VEGF was detected by immunohistochemical method 4 weeks after treatment. Results: FBG, 24 hours' albuminuria, VEGF were markedly reduced in high-dose of PNS groups as compared with those in control group. Conclusion: Protective effects of PNS on diabetic nephropathy may relate to the decreased level of VEGF.
