替罗非班加药物洗脱支架治疗冠脉狭窄分叉病变的近期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨应用阿司匹林+氯吡格雷+替罗非班及药物洗脱支架(DES)治疗冠状动脉狭窄分叉病变的临床疗效。方法:回顾分析应用阿司匹林+氯吡格雷+替罗非班及DES治疗冠脉分叉病变56例的临床疗效。结果:56例冠脉分叉病变患者采用支架植入术,手术成功率达到100%,术中无急性血栓形成。临床随访1～2年无死亡和AMI发生。结论:本研究结果显示阿司匹林+氯吡格雷+替罗非班及DES治疗冠脉狭窄病变包括分叉病变的近期临床疗效十分满意。Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of drug-eluting stents （DES） with Tirofiban Hydrochloride on patients with coronary bifurcation lesion. Methods： Clinical efficacy of 56 cases with coronary bifurcation lesions treated with Asprin ＋ Clopidogrel Sulfate Tablets ＋ Tirofiban Hydrochloride and DES were analyzed retrospectively. Results： The successful rate accounted for 100%. No thrombosis occurred during the operation. No death and AMI occurred during 1 to 2 years＇ follow-up. Conclusion： Combination use of Asprin ＋ Clopidogrel Sulfate Tablets ＋ Tirofiban Hydrochloride and DES for treatment of coronary bifurcation lesions is safe and effective in shortterm.
