摘 要:分析了深井水基钻井液流变性的影响因素,得出了温度、钻井液中固相含量是影响钻井液流变性的两个重要因素,提出了深井水基钻井液流变性的调控思路与方法。按照该技术思路,通过增强钻井液体系的抑制性,降低钻井液中固相颗粒的分散度,大幅度降低钻井液中的膨润土含量和总固相含量等几种方法结合实现对钻井液流变性的调控。最后提出了聚合物钻井液、水包油乳化钻井液、聚醚多元醇钻井液的流变性调控措施。Analysis of the influential factor of rheological property in deep-well water-based drilling fluid shows that the influence of temperature and solidphase content in drilling fluid are the two important factors on drilling fluid rheological property.The method for rheological property regulation of the deep-well water-based drilling fluid is suggested.According to this technical thought,four methods associated have been studied to achieve regulation and controlling of rheological property of the drilling fluid,including heightening the inhibition of drilling fluid system,improvement of the solid granular dispersion in the drilling fluid,declination of the bentonite content in the drilling fluid and the total solid content.In the end,this paper proposes the regulating and controlling measures of polymer drilling fluid,reverse emulsion drilling fluid and polyether glycol drilling fluid.
