摘　　要：在金融自由化的进程中,跨国银行的大量介入成为一个普遍的现象。跨国银行对母国和东道国银行业的影响已引起许多学者的关注,但现有文献多是定性讨论或运用计量经济的方法进行经验分析。而本文试图通过一个简洁的一般均衡模型加以探讨,并且利用数值模拟,使模型结果更显直观。从研究方法上讲,文章对跨国银行介入的规范分析做了一定的尝试。In the financial liberalization process, multinational bank intervention has been a common phenomenon. Its effect on the home country＇s banking industry and the host country＇s has attracted many scholars＇ attention. However, most of the existing literatures are either qualitative discussions or experience analyses by econometric methods. This article attempts to explore a simple general equilibrium model and numerical simulation to study the problem. On methods, this article is a try for the normative analysis. And it also has a certain theoretical guidance meaning to the healthy development of China＇s banking system.
