摘　　要：目的:评定双极人工股骨头置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析采用上述术式治疗老年股骨颈骨折病例47例。结果:按Harris评分标准,双极人工股骨头置换组术后优良率达到91%。结论:人工股骨头置换术是治疗老年股骨颈骨折的有效方法。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of bipolar artificial femoral head replacement in treatment of femoral neck fracture in the elderly patients. Methods 47 patients of the femoral neck fracture were treated by bipolar hemiarthroplasty by using the standardized forms. Results According to the Harris standard, the excellent rate was up to 91%.Conclusion Bipolar artificial femoral head replacement is an effective therapy for eider femoral neck fracture.
