波利特、克拉霉素和阿莫西林联合根除幽门螺杆菌65例分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨波利特三联疗法根除幽门螺杆菌的有效性和安全性。方法:以幽门螺杆菌阳性患者为对象,以波利特三联法为试验药,临床试验结果进行综合的数量化分析。结果:波利特三联疗法起效快,症状缓解显著,对幽门螺杆菌根除率及溃疡愈合率分别为89.2%和86.2%。结论:波利特三联疗法能有效根除幽门螺杆菌,溃疡愈合率高,副作用小,是一种安全有效的方案。Objective To discuss the efficacy and safety of eradicating the Helicobacter pylori by Rabeprazole triple therapy. Methods To have the positive Helicobacter pylori patients as the objective,to have Rabeprazole triple therapy as the test drug, to do the integrated quantitative analysis to the results of clinical trial. Results Rabeprazole triple therapy can affect fast,ease symptoms significantly, The eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori and Ulcer healing rate are 89.2% and 86.2%. Conclusion Rabeprazole triple therapy can eradicate HP effciently, the Ulcer healing rate is high,and the side effect is minor, it is a safe and effective program.
