摘 要:为了分析蛭石对废水中有害金属离子的吸附性能,通过新疆蛭石对水中Cu2+、Pb2+和Zn2+的吸附速率实验,探讨了水溶液中几种反应条件对金属离子在蛭石上的吸附速率的影响。实验结果表明,蛭石能有效地吸附水中的Cu2+、Pb2+和Zn2+;并且吸附速率很快,30~60min就已基本达到交换吸附平衡;交换的速率与溶液的浓度、固液比和搅拌的方式有关。浓度越大,离子交换吸附达到平衡的时间越长;固液比大,吸附快;对于Zn2+搅拌方式的吸附速率要高于振荡,而对于Pb2+振荡方式的吸附速率又明显快于搅拌。In order to analyze the vermiculite's adsorption property for deleterious metal cations in aqueous solution, the adsorption rate experiments of Cu^2+, Pb^2+ and Zn^2+ adsorb on vermiculite were to be to carryed out. Several conditions influenced on the adsorption rate were also discussed. The results showed that vermiculite can adsorb the Cu^2+, Pb^2+ and Zn^2+ availably in aqueous solution, and so fast that only 30-60min can reach the equilibrium. It also showed that the adsorption rate correlate with the solution concentration, solid-to-liquid ratio and stirring means. The higher of the concentration, the time would be longer, and the higher of solid- to-liquid ratio, the faster adsorption. On stirring condition, the adsorption of Zn^2+ is faster than vibrating, but for Pb^2+ is opposite.
