摘  要:在聚氨酯发泡体系中加入正十八烷微胶囊,制备含有相变材料微胶囊的聚氨酯泡沫。相变材料微胶囊能很好的埋置于聚氨酯基体中,泡沫的储热量随微胶囊含量的增大而增大,含有20%(wt)相变材料微胶囊的泡沫储热量为24.7J/g,该泡沫可用作保温材料。Polyurethane foam containing MicroPCMs was fabricated by adding microencapsulated n-octadecane in reactants. The microcapsules were evenly inserted inside the foarm. The heat-absorbing temperature of the foam containing microcapsules was slightly higher than that of the microcapsules. The enthalpy of the foam rose with the increase of the content of microcapsules. It was 24. 7J/g for the foam containing 20% microcapsules. The temperature rising rate of the foam containing MicroPCMs was lower than that of control. This foam is useful as a heat insulating materials.
