摘  要:研制了光纤燃烧传感器,并配合其它检测设备,对ZS195直喷式柴油机燃用二甲醚(DME)的滞燃期进行了光电检测,检测结果与相关文献的数据吻合较好。在试验的基础上,通过DME气相射流喷雾混合模型与CHEMKIN4.0反应动力学计算软件包的耦合联算,对DME直喷式发动机不同运行工况的滞燃期进行了预测分析,其结果与试验数据基本一致。A novel optical fibre sensor was developed to detect the ignition delay of direct injection diesel engine fuelled with dimethyl ether (DME). Under different speed and load conditions, the ignition delay was measured with the optical fibre sensor. The measurement results were in good agreement with the previous experimental data of DME ignition delay. The ignition delay computations, which include physical and chemical ignition delay simulations, were also performed using a gas jet fuel spray mixing model coupled with the CHEMKIN4.0 commercial software package for various engine operating conditions. The computation results agreed well with the experimental results.
