随州市2001～2006年健康人群流行性脑脊髓膜炎监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解随州市近年来流脑的流行趋势及人群免疫水平,预防和控制流脑的流行。方法对2001～2006年随州市健康人群进行流行性脑脊髓膜炎抗体水平和带菌率进行了分析。结果随州市监测期内未出现流脑病例;健康人群带菌率为5.17%,以B群为主;人群A群抗体阳性率93.51%,GMT为11.53;A+C流脑疫苗免疫前GMT为1.62,抗体阳性率2.76%,免疫后GMT为14.93,抗体阳性率93.66%。结论近几年内随州市出现A群流脑流行的机率很小;A+C流脑疫苗接种后,人群对C群流脑有了一定的抵抗力,但要继续做好流脑监测工作,密切关注流脑流行菌株的变迁,预防和控制流脑的流行。　Objective To understand the epidemic tendency of epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis and people＇s immune level in Suizhou city in recent years,and to prevent and control the epidemic of epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis.Methods Analyzing the antibody level and the bacterial bearing rate of epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis of the healthy people in Suizhou from 2001 to 2006.Results There was no patient in the surveillance time in Suizhou;the bacterial bearing rate of healthy people was 5.17%,and group B was magistral;the positive rate of group A was 93.51%,and GMTwas 11.53;before the inoculation of A＋C epidemic meningitis vaccine,the GMT was 1.62 and the positive rate of antibody was 2.76%,but after that,the GMT was 14.93 and the positive rate of antibody was 93.66%.Conclusions There has been little probability in the appearance of the epidemic of group A epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis in our city in recent years;after the inoculation of A＋C epidemic meningitis vaccine,people gain resistance to group C to some extent,but the surveillance of epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis should be carried on just as it was done before and the modification of bacterial strain should be observed intimately to prevent and control the spreading of epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis.
