摘　　要：针对目前上海市大多数中小学体育场地设施的现状,提出了上海市中小学体育场地设施"十一五"发展战略,坚持以学校为中心规划、配置体育场地设施,设立学校体育场地设施建设专用经费,以法律的形式出台学校体育场地的法规等。Based on the status quo of the sports facilities in shanghai elementary and middle schools, the article puts forward the strategy for the development of school facilities in the 11th Five-year plan. The planning of the sports facilities should be based on the schools themselves. The specific funds for constructing the sports facilities should be allocated. The laws for the construction of School sports facilities should ,be Stipulated.
