摘　　要：采用超声水浴助提、增加滤液的吸取量及控制标准反应液与试样反应液的酸度一致,对国标法(GB/T5009.45-2003)组胺测定在鱼粉中的应用进行了改进。实验结果表明,改进法节省了试样前处理时间,改善了组胺的提取率及测定结果的精密度,经方法评估函数的评价及试样的测定,表明改进法适用于鱼粉中组胺的测定。The method stipulated in GB/T 5009.45-2003 for the analysis of histamine in fish meal was improved by ultrasonic extraction,volume of filtrate changing from 2.0 mL to 5.0 mL and control of tested standard solution and tested sample solution with pH 9 ～ 10.The improved method was suitable for the analysis of histamine in fish meal with the advantages of being sensitive and accurate ,etc.
