摘  要:通过4#美标(ASTMA615-87ε1)螺纹钢筋优化孔型设计及负偏差轧制的生产实践,提出实行负偏差轧制时,尤其是精轧延伸孔型系统的选择十分重要,使其变形均匀是实现负偏差轧制的必要条件.本设计延伸孔型系统选择了六角一方孔型系统,夹角90°,其轧件变形均匀,从而实现了负偏差轧制,并收到较好效果。This paper puts forward a viewpoint that deforming uniformly is necessary for achieving minus-deviation rolling. The stretching pass system of finish rolling is very impoftant when carrting out minus-deviation rolling by the optimized pass design and production practice of minus-deviation rolling of 4# ASTMA615- 87ε1 threaded reinforcing bar. In the design, we selected hexagon-square pass system with 90° included angle as stratching passes. Workpieces are deformed uniformly. Thereby, minus-deviation rolling was achieved and good effect was received.
