摘　　要：网络层次分析法(ANP)是以层次分析法(AHP)为基础发展起来的一种决策方法。本文介绍了ANP的基本理论,并通过建立技术创新的评价指标体系,确定各指标的权值,探讨它在技术创新评价中的应用。Analytic Network Process （ANP） is a kind of decision method on the foundation of AHP. This text introduced the basic theory of ANP, and then discussed the application of ANP in technological innovation by putting forward an index System of Evaluating ＇lechnological innovation and gaining the relative weight of each index.
