摘 要:建立高效液相色谱法测定壮元健肾胶囊中紫丁香苷含量的方法。采用Kromasil C18色谱柱,以乙腈-1%冰醋酸溶液(10:90)为流动相,流速1.0mL.min-1,检测波长265nm。紫丁香苷在0.003~10.10μg范围内峰面积与进样量线性关系良好(r=0.9999),样品溶液中紫丁香苷的检测限为0.013μg(S/N=3),定量限为0.038μg(S/N=10),日内精密度RSD为0.5%,平均回收率为98.4%,RSD为1.6%。所建立的方法简便、快速、准确,可用于壮元健肾胶囊的质量控制。To develop a high performance liquid chromatographic technique for the determination of syringin in Zhuangyuan Jianshen Capsules. The optimized method was achieved for the separation and detection of the selected constituent on Kromasil C18 column using acetonitrile-1% aqueous acetic acid (10 : 90, v/v) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1 , and 265 nm as the detection wavelength. Syringin showed good linearity at the range of 0. 003-10. 10 g (r=0. 9999) . The detection limits for the analyte in the sample solution was 0. 013μg at a signal-to-noise ratio of 3. The quantitation limits were 0. 038 g at a signal-to-noise ratio of 10. Intra-day precision was 0.5%. The mean recovery of the method was 98.4% with a relative standard deviation (RSD) of 1.6%. The method is simple, rapid and accurate, and can be applied for the quality control of Zhuangyuan Jianshen Capsules.
