摘 要:综述了1995年-1996年间若干磁性功能材料研究和应用的进展。内容包括:(1)新的Fe-Si软磁材料,包括具有优良高频电磁能的Fe-Si合金粉末和超薄(约5μm~8μm)的Fe-Si合金薄膜;(2)磁性金属/非金属多层磁膜,其中金属为Ni-Fe合金,非金属为SiO2,Si3N4,Al2O3或AlN,它们具有良好的高频(~100MHz)磁性;(3)磁电阻抗材料,如Co-Fe-Si-B和Fe-Si-B-Cu-Nb非晶线,具有巨磁电阻抗,可应用于高频;(4)超高记录密度的量子磁盘,如约50nm直径的Ni微柱量子磁盘,磁存储密度可高达约10Gb/cm2;(5)永磁材料的新应用设计,如核磁共振成像用永磁体及磁起重机用永磁体的设计。同时还介绍了材料在多用途磁强计和卫星用磁强计方面的应用。Progress in magnetic functional materials and applications in 1995-1996 is described The main contents of this review are: (1)New Fe-Si soft magnetic materials Fe-Si powder having the excellent high-frequency electromagnetic properties, and ultrathin (about 5μm~8μm) Fe-Si films (2) Magnetic metal/non-metal multilayers, in which the metal is Ni-Fe alloy and non-metal is SiO 2 , Si 3 N 4 , Al 2 O 3 or AlN, which have excellent high-frequency (~100 MHz) magnetic property (3) Magneto-impedance materials, such as Co-Fe-Si-B and Fe-Si-B-Cu-Nb amorphous wires These have giant magneto-impedance and can be used in the high-frequency region (4) Ultra-high density quantum magnetic disks (QMD), composed, example of Ni micro-columns about 50 nm in diameter The magnetic storage density may exceed~10 Gb/cm 2 (5) New the applications of permanent magnetic materials, such as permant magnetic materials for nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) imaging and for new magnetic lifting equipment Other applications of magnetic materials, such as the multi-application magnetometer (MAM) and satellite-used magnetometer (SUM), are also introduced
