摘 要:对BOF-LF-CSP生产冷轧基板的主要强化因素进行了系统分析和控制。细晶强化是冷轧基板强化的主要表现形式,屈服强度的高低与晶粒的大小有明显的对应关系;通过对炼钢、精炼和连铸工艺的优化,钢水中平均w([S i])≤0.02%,w([N])≤30×10-6;控轧控冷的目的是控制动态再结晶和有利于晶粒长大,开轧温度、终轧温度和卷取温度是影响强度的3个重要轧制参数。采取相应措施后,冷轧基板的强度大幅降低。The primary strengthening factors of BOF-LF-CSP-produced matrix plate for cold-rolled products were analysed systematically. Grain refining strengthening is the main factor for such product. Yield strength is correspondingly related to grain size; Through optimization of steel making process, ladle furnace refining and casting process, the average w[Si] in liquid steel was less than 0.02%, and w[N] was less than 30 × 10^-6. The control rolling and cooling was used to control dynamic recrystallization and grain growth,beginning and finishing temperature and coiling temperature are three important parameters that affect the strength of product. The strength of matrix plate for cold-rolled products was decreased significantly through specific measures.
