摘  要:研究结果表明:硅锰脱氧的含硼低碳钢中的夹杂物以长条状的MnO-SiO2夹杂物为主,其长宽比为8.7-16.6,变形程度高;随着钢中硼含量的增加,长条状变形夹杂物的比例呈上升的趋势;铝脱氧的低铝含硼低碳钢中的夹杂物以MnO-Al2O3-TiO2与MnS的长条状复合夹杂物为主,其长宽比为9.3-16.3。对比分析认为,这两类长条状夹杂物均为含B2O3的低熔点氧化物塑性夹杂。高铝的含硼低碳钢中的氧化物夹杂主要是Al2O3,未发现变形的长条状氧化物夹杂。The results of inclusion morphology study for low carbon boron steels deoxidized by Si-Mn and Al indicated that the inclusions in steel deoxidized by Si-Mn is mainly of long MnO-SiO2 strip type with a length to width ratio in range of 8.7-16.6 due to high deformation rate. It seems, that the proportion of deformed long strip type inclusions is increased with the increase of boron content. The inclusions in steel deoxidized by Al (0. 005% Al), were mainly of long duplex MnO-Al2O3-TiO2 and MnS strip type,with a length to width ratio in range of 9.3-16. 3. Comparative analysis showed that both of such long inclusions are low melting point plastic oxide inclusions containing B2O3. The inclusions in steel with 0. 041% Al were mainly Al2O3, and long deformed inclusion was not found in the steel.
