摘 要:为提高回转窑的台时产能、降低煤粉消耗,应用热工过程在线计算和图像测温结果,建立了以料浆流量、烧成带长度、熟料高度和熟料温度为输入的氧化铝回转窑给煤量优化数学模型;基于该模型开发的给煤优化监督控制系统用于某铝业公司大型回转窑的控制,使回转窑的自动控制熟料容重比合格率提高8.51%,台时产量提高2.5 t/h,煤耗降低2.5 kg/t,回转窑的自动控制运行率达70%;工业实践证明了该优化模型及系统的正确性和有效性,在同类回转窑自动控制中具有良好的推广应用价值。In order to promote the output and reduce the consumption of coal powder, an optimized feed--coal model had been developed based on the result of on--line thermodynamic calculation and image processing, with slurry flow, length of sintering zone, grog height and sinter temperature as inputs and with optimal rotation speed of coal feeder as output. Alumina rotary kiln supervisory control system was developed based on the optimized mathematical model. The industrial application shows that this model and system is practicable and its auto- matic operation exceeds 70 percent. The percent of pass of sinter is raised by 8. 51%, the production capacity heightened by 2. 5t/h and the coal powder consumption decreased by 2. 5kg/t. It is proved that it can raise the production rate and can be applied in the same kind of rotary kiln.
