摘 要:航天控制计算机系统是应用于航天领域的嵌入式计算机系统,必须考虑到宇宙空间辐射问题的影响,具有抗辐射的功能;在研究宇宙空间辐射环境的基础上,对航天控制计算机系统的抗辐射问题进行了分析;重点针对单粒子闭锁(SEL)辐射效应研究了在商用现货(COTS)技术下航天控制计算机系统的抗辐射设计和实现,给出了一种COTS技术下的抗SEL保护电路并据此设计了在双机系统结构中的抗SEL解决方案,该方案创新性地将基于过流监测思路的抗SEL保护电路分散到航天控制计算机系统的各需要部分,构成网状实现了对SEL的分散监控保护和集中控制解决;该方案在某航天器的航天控制计算机系统中进行了原型实现。Space controlling computer system is an embedded computer controlling system which is used in Astronautics. It must have function of radiation resistance in view of the space radiation problems. Based on the study of space radiation environment, the radiation resistance problem of space controlling computer system was analyzed. Focused on the radiation effect of single--event latchup (SEL), the radiation resistance design of Space controlling computer system under commercial off--the--shelf (COTS) technology was designed and realized. A SEL resistance protection circuit was given, hereby a solving scenario of SEL resistance was designed. The scheme innovatively spreaded the SEL resistance protection circuit based on over--current inspection around every needed part of Space controlling computer sys tern, formed into network to implement the separate inspection and central controlling of the solving of SEL. The scheme had its prototype realized in the Space controlling computer system of a certain spacecraft.
