摘  要:在中频感应加热过程中,一方面,感应炉要加工不同的材料,另一方面,同一种材料在加热的过程中,它的磁导率和电导率会发生变化;这两者都会使系统的功率因数发生改变,从而影响了系统的工作效率;文章介绍了影响功率因数的参数及谐振频率跟踪调节器的原理,给出了详细的电压电流隔离采样原理图,并描述了单片机内部功率因数检测的过程;详细介绍了一个实际的基于系统集成单片机的控制方案;实践证明,该方案提高了设备的功率因数,扩大了设备的加工对象。induction furnace processing different materials; the permeability and conductivity of materials are changed during the heating. the power factor will changed because of the two factors were mentioned above, and the efficiency of the system will be reduced. Some key parameters to the power factor of induction furnace are introduced, and the principle of frequency adaptive controller is introduced as well. A scheme of isolated Voltage and circuit zero cross detector are proposed in detail, and the process of power factor real--time realization in SOC is depicted. A block chart of full control system is given in the end. The results show that the power factor is improved and the process range is enlarged.
