摘  要:在简要介绍螺纹半角测量仪使用的基础上,说明了螺纹半角测量仪数字化改造的必要性;重点介绍了螺纹半角测量仪数字化改造后数据采集系统的设计;采用开关式相敏检波电路对磁栅传感器和电感测头的输出信号进行解调,在此基础上设计出以单片机为核心,以AD1674和7266为辅助功能单元的数据采集系统,并且给出相应的程序,从而实现对螺纹半角测量仪的数字化改造,提高了其测量精度。The application of thread's half angle measuring instrument is introduced in brief. And it has also been introduced that how necessary it is to digitally transform the thread's half angle measuring instrument. The data acquisition system of the digitally transformed thread's half angle measuring instrument has been strongly introduced The switch phase sensitive detection circuit has been designed to de-modulate the sensors' output signal. Based on the single chip processor, the data acquisition system has been put forward. And the corre-sponding programs of AD1674 and 7266 have been given. So the digital transformation of the thread's half angle measuring instrument has been realized.
