摘　　要：通过对实验教学改革的探索与实践,阐述了在基础力学实验教学当中注重学生能力培养的重要性和必要性,提出了怎样才能实现培养更多有技能和创新意识的高素质人才这一目标的实验教学方法。The importance and necessity training were illustrated, via exploration instruction method for how to achieve for fundamental mechanics experimental teaching focusing on students＇ ability and practice of innovation in the experimental instruction. An experimental the objective of training more excellent students with skills and innovative consciousness was also proposed.
