摘　　要：通过分析时代对人才的要求,提出一种五级递阶式实验教学新模式。介绍了新模式的具体内容,开放实验室和师资队伍建设对新教学模式的保障作用,以及实施新教学模式过程中所取得的成果。Through analyzing the request of the ages to talented persons, this article put forward a five-step-ladder-type experimental teaching method. It introduced the concrete contents of the new mode, expatiated the guarantee function of open laboratory and teachers team development to the new mode, and the results obtained in the process of carrying out this new teaching mode.
