摘　　要：根据近年来的研究进展,综合评述和介绍了N-酰基氨基酸型表面活性剂的合成方法、性质及应用等情况。重点介绍了化学合成法和酶合成法的研究进展,并对这2种方法进行了对比分析。此外,探讨了其性能,如表面活性、生物降解性等以及其在化妆品、洗涤剂等传统领域和农业、工业等非传统领域的应用研究情况。最后,指出了进一步的研究方向。The progress in the synthesis, properties, application, etc. of N-acylaminoacid surfactants in recent years was introduced. The research and development of the chemical synthesis and the enzymatic synthesis of this category of surfactant were summarized in detail and their difference was compared. The performances, for example, surface activity, biodegradability etc. as well as the applications in the conventional domains such as cosrnetic, wash domains and the unconventional domains such as agriculture, manufacture were discussed. The development trends were mentioned.
